❌ Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and in original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.
⚠️ Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
🌐 How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@plumbingchoice.com.au with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorisation and instructions
- Package the item securely and return to the address provided
🔄 Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- The replacement item is of equal or lesser value (or price difference paid)
- The request is made within the eligible return window
To request an exchange, please email us at info@plumbingchoice.com.au with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. Shipping costs for returning and resending exchanged items may apply, unless the exchange is due to our error.
💸 Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet our return conditions.
🚚 Return Shipping & Delivery Costs
For returns that are not related to product faults or delivery errors, please note that original delivery fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, our actual delivery cost may be deducted from the final refund.
If we assist with arranging return shipping, the return freight charge will also be deducted from your refund amount. These deductions help us keep product prices fair and delivery services sustainable.
