🕒 Pickup Timeframes

  • Orders are usually ready for pickup within 1 business day after confirmation.
  • You will receive an email or SMS when your order is ready.

📟 What You Need to Bring

  • Your order confirmation email or SMS
  • A valid photo ID (e.g. driver’s license)

If someone else is collecting the order:

  • A copy of the order confirmation
  • Your full name and contact number
  • Their own photo ID

We may contact the original purchaser to confirm pickup, especially for high-value items.

🏣 Pickup Instructions

  • Proceed to the warehouse entrance or reception on arrival
  • Our team will assist with locating and loading your order
  • Free on-site parking is available

⏳ Pickup Time Limit

Please collect your order within [7 days] of receiving the "Ready for Pickup" notification. If you need more time, contact us to reschedule.
