•Payment must be made in full before the order is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

•Orders over $200 AUD (Melbourne metro only) are eligible for free delivery.

•Orders below $200 incur a standard delivery charge of $15 AUD (Melbourne metro only).

•Pickup is available from our warehouse by prior arrangement.

7. Returns and Refunds

•Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

•Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.

•Product installation must be performed by licensed professionals where required.
